Job summary

Materialise is seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand our healthcare portfolio in the United States. You will identify new leads, manage existing healthcare customers, and drive revenue growth while delivering tailored solutions.

You will collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment and a high-quality customer journey. Travel to tradeshows and meetings is expected up to 20% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a healthcare-related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience.
• At least 3 years of orthotics or medical device sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new sales leads through prospecting and relationship-building.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of healthcare customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records and lead status using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to optimize the customer journey.
• Represent Materialise at tradeshows and industry events; travel up to 10–20%.
