Materialise Manufacturing is seeking a senior sales professional to acquire new customers and manage existing healthcare accounts, driving revenue growth in a remote/hybrid setup with occasional travel. You will collaborate with marketing, operations and leadership to deliver tailored solutions to orthotics and medical device practitioners.

With a minimum of 5 years in healthcare sales and a background in orthotics, you will build strong relationships, meet targets, and maintain CRM-driven

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare-related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience.
• At least 3 years of orthotics or medical device sales experience.

Mansioni

• Identify, develop, and convert new sales leads through effective prospecting and relationship-building.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of healthcare customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records and lead status using CRM tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment and optimize the customer journey.
• Represent Materialise at tradeshows and industry events; travel up to 10–20% of the time is required.
