Materialise Manufacturing is seeking a results-driven sales professional to acquire new healthcare customers and expand existing relationships, driving revenue growth with tailored solutions. You will own the full sales cycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s in business or a healthcare field and at least five years in medical device sales, with CRM proficiency and a proven ability to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a healthcare-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in orthotics or medical device sales.

Responsabilités

• Identify, develop, and convert new sales leads through effective prospecting and relationship-building.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of healthcare customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records and lead status using CRM tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment and optimize the customer journey.
• Represent Materialise at tradeshows and industry events; travel up to 10–20% of the time is required.
