Job summary

Materialise is seeking a driven account executive to acquire new customers, nurture existing relationships, and drive revenue growth in healthcare markets. You’ll partner with marketing, operations, and leadership to deliver tailored solutions and excellent service.

This is a remote/hybrid role with travel for tradeshows and meetings. You will build strong client relationships, manage full sales cycles, and use CRM tools to track activity, targeting podiatrists, chiropractors, and orthotics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare field required.
• Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience.
• At least 3 years of orthotics or medical device sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new sales leads through prospecting and relationship-building.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of healthcare customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records and lead status using CRM tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to align customer journeys.
• Represent Materialise at tradeshows and industry events; travel 10–20% of the time.
