Job summary

Modivcare is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for members, resolving questions and concerns with accuracy and timeliness. The role supports members by coordinating transportation services and documenting interactions to improve health outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 0–2 years of contact center or customer service experience with high call volume and data entry preferred or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for members while resolving questions and concerns in an accurate and timely manner.
• Coordinate transportation services for members and document interactions.
• Ensure all relevant customer information is accurately documented.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.
• Support a 24/7/365 contact center environment; schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays, including company-recognized holidays.
• Attend required meetings and adhere to company policies and procedures.
