Abbott Rapid and Molecular Diagnostics (RMDx) – Infectious Disease is seeking a dynamic Health System Account Executive to cover the Great Lakes Territory. You will develop influential relationships with hospital systems, negotiate contracts, and drive adoption of the ID portfolio across executive and clinical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 6 years proven success calling on large health systems.
• Deep understanding of laboratory and point-of-care settings, health system operations, and health economics.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (4 days/week, up to ~50% overnight travel).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with Hospital Systems and executive level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Contracts to support high-value customers.
• Forecast and manage territory performance with Abbott leadership.
• Conduct regular business reviews and contract management activities.
• Identify opportunities and negotiate favorable contracts while ensuring customer value.
