Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a healthcare management leader to oversee staff and drive high performance across the continuum of care. You will collaborate with functional area managers to ensure compliant health interventions, develop care plans, and monitor outcomes in line with NCQA/URAC standards.

The role requires steering policies down to employees, coordinating with customer teams, and mentoring licensed staff on standards and problem solving. Strong regulatory knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a physical or behavioral healthcare setting.
• 1+ year of management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in managed care.
• Knowledge of regulations, standards and policies related to medical management (e.g., NCQA, URAC).

Responsibilities

• Oversee healthcare management staff and develop high performing teams.
• Collaborate with area managers to ensure consistency in health interventions.
• Ensure policies are implemented per regulatory standards at employee level.
• Identify members, develop and implement care plans and monitor quality of care.
• Act as liaison for customer meetings and implementation of new customers.
• Mentor team on practice standards, problem resolution and critical thinking.
