Job summary

Oak Street Health is hiring a Sales Call Center Representative I for a full-time remote role. The position requires outbound telemarketing experience, strong communication, and the ability to meet daily call and appointment quotas. Training is mandatory for four weeks, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

The role offers a base hourly pay with a bonus structure, plus comprehensive benefits. You'll work with a remote team, engage prospective patients, and contribute to patient acquisition

Qualifications

• Call center outbound sales experience and/or telemarketing.
• Base salary with bonus structure and opportunity to earn.
• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and convert to new patients.
• Understand patient needs and articulate Oak Street's value proposition.
• Use rapport, listening, and questioning to qualify and close.
• Schedule initial doctor appointments and meet quotas.
• Other duties as assigned.
