Responsibilities

• Provide regular report status updates to the client.
• Evaluate physician reports for client and jurisdictional standards; ensure clinical rationale supports determinations.
• Clarify ambiguities with clients and coordinate addendum requests.
• Interact with physicians to ensure timely, accurate reports and obtain signatures.
• Review reports for data accuracy, spelling, grammar, and client-specific formatting requirements.
• Lead process improvements to shorten turnaround times and enhance client satisfaction.
