Job summary

The QA Specialist at Dane Street plays a central role in the review process, communicating with customers, reviewers, and management to ensure timely delivery of a completed report by the client’s requested due date. The role emphasizes accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client requirements and company practices.

Working with physicians and clients, you will verify report quality, provide feedback, and coordinate clarifications.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. LPN or RN license required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular report status updates to the client.
• Evaluate the quality of physician’s report and ensure clinical rationale supports determinations.
• Clarify ambiguous report questions with clients.
• Distribute final report according to client requirements.
• Receives, coordinates & executes all clarification & addendum requests from the client.
• Interacts with physicians to ensure on-time delivery of the report.
• Coordinate quality issue reports with the VP of Clinical Operations and provide feedback to physicians.
