Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a QA Specialist to support the review process, communicating with the customer, reviewer, and management to ensure reports are delivered by the requested due date.

The role focuses on timely completion, completeness per client requirements, and adherence to clinical accuracy, with process improvements in collaboration with the Manager and VP of Clinical Operations.

Qualifications

• Present exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines.
• The ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines.
• Computer literacy and typing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular report status updates to the client.
• Evaluate the quality of physician's report and ensure client/jurisdiction standards are met.
• Clarify ambiguous report questions with clients and follow up for missing information.
• Coordinate and execute all aspects of clarification requests from the client.
• Work with physicians to ensure timely delivery and clinical rationale supports determinations.
• Review physician reports for data accuracy including spelling, grammar and punctuation.
