Job summary

Dane Street, LLC seeks a QA Specialist to ensure complete, clinically accurate reviewer reports that meet customer deadlines. You will communicate with clients, reviewers, and management to drive timely, high-quality outputs.

The role emphasizes physician coordination for clarifications, adherence to client standards, and continuous process improvements to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration with clients, reviewers, and management.
• Ability to review physician reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Familiarity with healthcare or insurance reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular status updates to the client and ensure reports meet client standards.
• Collaborate with physicians to obtain clarifications and ensure clinical rationale supports determinations.
• Review physician reports for data accuracy, spelling, grammar and format per client requirements.
• Serve as liaison for quality issue reports and coordinate with VP of Clinical Operations.
