Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a QA Specialist to ensure timely, complete reviewer reports. The role interfaces with clients, reviewers, and management to meet customer requested due dates and maintain clinical accuracy.

The QA Specialist participates in improving processes, ensures state and client requirements are met, and helps deliver high-quality reports while supporting a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Healthcare and/or insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular report status updates to clients and manage timelines.
• Evaluate physician reports for client and jurisdictional standards.
• Clarify questions with clients and physicians as needed.
• Review reports for data accuracy, grammar, and compliance.
• Coordinate quality issues with the VP of Clinical Operations.
