Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Health Products Technical Subject Matter Expert to provide strategic technology and product leadership for complex, mission-critical initiatives supporting the VA HTMS contract. This is a fully remote position within the United States with core hours of 8 AM to 5 PM ET, Monday through Friday.

The role requires translating business and clinical requirements into network and system specifications, leading cross-functional teams, and driving roadmaps and standards for secure

Qualifications

• Enterprise technology leadership, product strategy, and architecture for complex systems.
• Systems interoperability and secure data exchange across organizations.
• Business process and workflow analysis; translating requirements into executable roadmaps.
• Change management and stakeholder engagement across technical and operational teams.
• Operational ownership of applications (day-to-day operations, incident triage, continuous improvement).

Responsibilities

• Gathers information concerning the capabilities of Company products; investigates the technical capabilities of Company products and competing equipment and/or solutions.
• Translates high level product development strategies into network and system requirement specifications and works with other engineering disciplines to develop lower level detailed implementation requirements.
• Establishes and coordinates development of standards, practices, and procedures as related to the network and system development.
• Designs interfaces and brings network and system elements together so they work as a whole.
• Assesses performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures.
• Customer liaison and support for business development activities and to understand and shape requirements.
