Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Health Products Technical Subject Matter Expert to provide strategic technology and product leadership for complex, mission-critical initiatives supporting the VA HTMS contract. This is a fully remote position within the United States with core hours 8 AM to 5 PM ET.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, developing technology strategies, and translating business requirements into executable roadmaps. Clearance for Suitability/Public Trust is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 15 years (or 10 additional years commensurate experience).
• Enterprise technology leadership, product strategy, and architecture for complex systems.
• Systems interoperability and secure data exchange across organizations.
• Change management and stakeholder engagement across technical and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Gathers information concerning capabilities of Company products; investigates capabilities of Company products and competing equipment or solutions.
• Translates high level product development strategies into network and system requirement specifications and works with other engineering disciplines to develop lower level detailed implementation requirements.
• Establishes and coordinates development of standards, practices, and procedures related to network and system development.
• Designs interfaces and brings network and system elements together so they work as a whole.
• Assesses performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures.
