Job summary
GovCIO is seeking a Health Products Technical Subject Matter Expert to drive strategic technology and product leadership for mission-critical initiatives under the VA HTMS contract. This is a fully remote US-based role with core hours 8 AM–5 PM ET.
Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, shaping technology roadmaps, and ensuring secure data exchange across organizations. A senior engineering or IT background is required with a focus on interoperability and modernization.

- Translate requirements into executable roadmaps and architectures.
- Experience with secure data exchange across organizations.
Responsibilities
- Gathers capabilities of Company products and investigates technical capabilities.
- Develops standards and procedures for network and system development.
- Lead cross-functional teams and drive technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Analyze business requirements and operational workflows to identify risks.
- Own day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of key applications.
