GovCIO is seeking a Health Products Technical Subject Matter Expert to lead strategic technology and product initiatives for critical healthcare programs. This fully remote role within the United States operates on standard business hours (ET).
The candidate will guide architecture, product roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration, owning day-to-day operations and driving continuous improvement across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic technology and product leadership for complex healthcare initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across product development, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Develop and execute technology strategies, roadmaps, and architecture approaches.
- Analyze business requirements and workflows to identify opportunities and risks.
- Conduct enterprise-level workflow assessments to uncover gaps and modernization opportunities.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of key applications.
- Champion structured change management and resolve issues early.
