Job summary

Twin Health is reimagining metabolic health with AI-driven care. The Remote USA Operations Associate will support the AVP of Client Success - Health Plans, building the operational backbone for a large health plan partnership spanning multiple employers.

You will own data accuracy, recurring reporting, renewal tracking, and cross-functional coordination across Salesforce and other tools, delivering reliable, timely information to leaders.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in client success operations, program coordination, project management, healthcare operations, account management, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills - comfortable managing recurring processes, high volumes of detail, and multiple data sources.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare, digital health, health plans, or employee benefits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the AVP of Client Success - Health Plans in operational management of a large, complex strategic health plan partnership spanning multiple lines of business and employer groups.
• Partner with the Client Growth & Success team managing employer relationships within the health plan channel to ensure consistent execution.
• Manage calendars, trackers, and documentation to meet key deadlines and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate employer and program-level information across systems and source-of-truth documentation.
• Prepare and distribute recurring notifications related to employer and program activity.
• Identify gaps, upcoming deadlines, and drive follow-through to resolution.
• Coordinate reporting with Analytics and Reporting teams to ensure timely, accurate outputs.
• Coordinate renewal and lifecycle operations for employer groups contracted through the health plan channel.
• Design visibility tools (dashboards) for leadership to monitor renewals and risks in real time.
• Drive cross-functional coordination and document operating procedures to enable scalable execution.
