Job description

Client Growth & Success, Operations Associate

Remote, USA

Twin Health

At Twin Health, we empower people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases, like type 2 diabetes and obesity, with a new standard of care. Twin Health is the only company applying AI Digital Twin technology exclusively toward metabolic health.

We start by building a dynamic model of each person’s metabolism - drawing on thousands of data points from CGMs, smartwatches, and meal logs - that maps their personal path to better health. Guided by a dedicated clinical care team, our members have lowered their A1C below the diabetes range, achieved lasting weight loss, and reduced or even eliminated medications, all while living healthier, happier lives.

Working here

Our team at Twin Health is passionate, talented, and united by a shared purpose: to improve the metabolic health and happiness of our members. We believe in empowering every Twin to make a meaningful impact for our members, our clients, and each other, while enjoying a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Twin has been recognized not only for our innovation but also for our culture, including: Innovator of the Year by the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR), selected to CB Insights' Digital Health 150, and named one of Newsweeks Top Most Loved Workplace® .

With more than $100 million raised in recent funding, including a $53 million Series E round in 2025 led by Maj Invest, and a $50 million investment in 2023 led by Temasek, Twin is scaling rapidly across the U.S. and globally. Backed by leading venture firms like ICONIQ Growth, Sequoia, Sofina, Temasek, and Peak XV, we are building the most impactful digital health company in the world.

Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health.

We're seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Client Growth & Success Operations Associate - Health Plans to support the AVP of Client Success - Health Plans in operationalizing a large, strategic health plan partnership spanning multiple lines of business and growing a portfolio of employer groups. You’ll own the operational backbone - accurate data, recurring reporting, renewal and lifecycle tracking, and cross-functional follow-through. You will help connect the strategic health plan relationship with the operational execution required across the downstream employer portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating structure from complexity, is comfortable being the single source of truth across systems and teams, and enjoys driving work to completion.

  • Maintain accurate employer and program-level information, including program selections, renewal status, effective dates, key contacts, and other operational details.
  • Prepare and distribute recurring notifications and communications related to employer and program activity.
  • Proactively identify missing information, upcoming deadlines, process gaps, and outstanding actions and drive follow-through to resolution.
  • Support ad hoc operational needs and strategic initiatives across the health plan partnership.
  • Maintain a clear source of truth across Salesforce and internal tracking tools, resolving inconsistencies between systems proactively.

  • Track cross-functional actions associated with renewals, program additions, changes, and terminations through completion.
  • Maintain visibility into upcoming renewals, outstanding decisions, and lifecycle changes and proactively elevate risks or delays.
  • Design and maintain visibility tools (trackers, dashboards) that surface upcoming renewals, outstanding decisions, and risks to leadership in real time.

Drive Cross-Functional Coordination & Process Improvement

  • Serve as an operational point of coordination between the Health Plan and Client Growth & Success teams and the cross-functional teams supporting the partnership.
  • Drive follow-through on cross-functional action items, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and completion.
  • Document and maintain operating procedures, workflows, templates, and tools that support consistent execution across the health plan channel.
