Job summary

Twin Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Growth & Success to own the ongoing success of a portfolio of employer clients accessing Twin Health through strategic health plan partnerships. You’ll report to the AVP of Client Success - Health Plans and serve as the primary strategic advisor to your clients, driving engagement, satisfaction, program performance, retention, and growth.

Develop deep expertise in Twin Health’s programs and health plan delivery to advise clients effectively.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar role within healthcare, digital health, employee benefits, or a services-driven organization.
• Proven ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments and drive client engagement, retention and growth.
• Experience managing employer clients or employer relationships delivered through health plan channels or partnerships.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own the ongoing success of a portfolio of employer clients within Twin Health's strategic health plan partnerships.
• Drive engagement, program performance, retention, and revenue growth across your book.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Implementation, Clinical, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.
• Prepare and deliver client reporting, business reviews, and renewal planning.
• Monitor client health and mitigate risks to satisfaction and expansion.
• Represent employer feedback and help scale best practices across the portfolio.
