Job summary

Twin Health in the United States seeks a detail-oriented, highly organized Client Growth & Success Operations Associate - Health Plans to support the AVP of Client Success in operationalizing a large health plan partnership spanning multiple lines of business and growing a portfolio of employer groups.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in client success operations, program coordination, project management, healthcare operations, account management, or related role.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills for managing recurring processes and high detail.
• Exceptional attention to detail with accuracy and follow-through.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative, coordinating across multiple teams without direct authority.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and tools like JIRA/Zendesk preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Strategic Health Plan Operations for a large, complex partnership.
• Coordinate reporting with Analytics and Health Plan teams to ensure accuracy.
• Manage renewals, program selections, dates, and lifecycle changes.
• Maintain source of truth across systems and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Drive process improvement and cross-functional coordination across teams.
