Twin Health is seeking a Client Growth & Success Operations Associate to own the operational backbone for a key health plan partnership, ensuring accurate data, recurring reporting, and lifecycle tracking across systems.

You will manage processes and trackers, coordinate reporting and renewal cycles, and drive cross-functional coordination to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and scale our partner program across the United States.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in client success operations, program coordination, or related fields.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and project management tools is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range $95,000 - $105,000 annually.
• Unlimited vacation, 16 weeks paid parental leave for delivering parents, 8 weeks for non-delivering parents.
