Job summary

HelpfulRemote is hiring to manage health plan client relationships remotely from the United States. You will act as the main point of contact, working to maximize value from our technology and to identify opportunities for performance improvement.

The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, developing account plans, and supporting efforts to reduce churn and grow revenue within assigned accounts. Some onboarding travel to Mississauga or Salt Lake City may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in health plans and exposure to healthcare organizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, project management and analytical skills.
• Post-secondary education required.
• Experience with SaaS or EHR systems is a plus.
• Strategic thinking and strong relationship-building abilities are important.
