Ready Rebound is seeking a Customer Success Manager in a Milwaukee, WI-based role with remote options. You will be the trusted advisor to clients, drive adoption of services, and identify growth opportunities while maintaining long-term retention across the client lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role within healthcare, SaaS, or service-based industry.
• Experience with Worker's Compensation carrier, TPA, or Public Sector HR with Worker's Comp/TPA experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage portfolio accounts and drive long-term relationships.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients.
• Lead business reviews to showcase value and align on goals.
• Drive renewals by managing the customer lifecycle and reducing churn risk.
• Provide training to client members to drive adoption and ROI.
• Monitor KPIs and report on adoption, utilization, and value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Identify customer advocates for case studies and references.
• Understand client objectives to position solutions as strategic partners.
