Job summary

Marpai Administrators is seeking a remote Customer Service Associate to support Customer Service Representatives and internal departments with non-call workflows, email inquiries, portal messages, and occasional call handling as needed.

You will maintain accurate documentation, monitor approved communication channels such as Member Portal Chat, and escalate complex issues while ensuring timely, professional service to members, providers, clients, and colleagues in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Call center experience (TPA / Self-Funded Plans preferred).
• Basic understanding of healthcare benefits, eligibility, claims processing, provider networks, and HIPAA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and operational support to Customer Service Representatives.
• Assist with non-call workflows, follow-up tasks, and portal messages.
• Monitor inquiries via Member Portal Chat, Message Board, and email group.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate team member.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work and follow-up actions.
