Job summary

Marpai Administrators LLC seeks a Customer Service Advocate to ensure interactions with clients, members, and providers are handled professionally. The role handles inquiries across eligibility, benefits, and claims via phone, fax, email, SMS, and chat.

You will educate and counsel members and providers, manage inbound and outbound follow-ups, and document communications while coordinating with the claims team in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience in a call center.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Experience in medical terminology and/or insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming interactions from members, providers, and vendors via phone, fax, email, SMS, and chat.
• Resolve issues related to eligibility, benefits, and claims.
• Perform outbound follow-ups with members and providers.
• Educate and counsel members and providers on information and processes.
