The role involves handling non-call workflows, responding to inquiries, documenting actions, and assisting with calls when volume requires, all while maintaining HIPAA compliance and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of healthcare benefits and HIPAA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and operational support to Customer Service Representatives.
• Assist with non-call workflows, email inquiries, portal messages, and departmental requests.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries via Member Portal Chat, Message Board, and CS email group.
• Assist with basic-level calls when volume warrants, maintaining professionalism.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members and document actions taken.
