Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service in a fast-paced call center, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience in a call center.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming interactions from members, providers, and vendors.
• Resolve issues on eligibility, benefits, and claims.
• Outbound follow-ups with members and providers.
• Educate and counsel members and providers.
