Responsibilities

• Processing medical record requests.
• Handling high-volume workload in a remote setting.
• Reporting to the Processing Manager.
• Providing overflow processing support as needed.
• Adhering to HIPAA guidelines to protect PHI.
• Meeting 24–48 hour turnaround times for requests.
• Providing feedback on request volume and system issues.
• Assisting patients by answering questions via phone.
