Job summary

Equip Health is seeking a Clinical Partnerships Representative to drive patient acquisition by building strategic relationships across healthcare and community organizations. This remote role blends field engagement with virtual meetings, requiring travel up to 40% within the assigned territory.

You will collaborate with clinical leaders and marketing, operations, and payor partnerships teams to expand market presence and improve provider referrals. A healthcare sales background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• 2+ years experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a professional presence.
• Ability to work remotely with high autonomy and self-motivation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and detail orientation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies for maximizing brand reach and provider relationships within a territory.
• Cultivate new relationships and nurture existing ones via video calls, in-person meetings, and events—collaborating with clinical leaders.
• Drive patient acquisition and admissions goals in collaboration with multiple departments.
• Manage data and outreach in a CRM to monitor territory performance and identify improvement areas.
• Plan and execute regional events to engage target professional audiences.
• Identify inactive providers and develop re-engagement plans.
