Job summary

Ōura is seeking a Manager, Partner Development to expand employer and health plan partnerships across the US. This remote role partners with sales, marketing, product, and operations to win new employer accounts and grow existing healthcare collaborations.

The successful candidate will navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, build trusted relationships with benefits leaders and HR stakeholders, and drive measurable growth through proactive account management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in new-business/net-new sales and post-sale growth within enterprise B2B environments.
• Experience selling to HR benefits leaders and health plans is a plus.
• Proven ability to diagnose process gaps and drive revenue improvements.

Responsibilities

• Win new employer business and expand health plan partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end sales process with employer benefits leaders and HR decision-makers.
• Build and manage your own pipeline within health plan programs and prioritize efforts.
• Lead meetings with external partners and employer stakeholders.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Identify and implement improvements to the sales and account-management process.
