Job summary

Equip Health is seeking a Clinical Partnerships Representative to drive patient acquisition by building strategic relationships across a multi-state territory with healthcare and community organizations. This remote role balances virtual and in-person meetings.

You will collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure impactful engagements, manage CRM data, and plan regional events while working toward admissions goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies to maximize provider relationships across a territory.
• Cultivate new relationships via video calls, in-person meetings, events and presentations.
• Support patient acquisition and admissions goals with multiple departments.
• Manage data and reports in a CRM to show territory performance.
• Plan regional events to engage target professional audiences.
• Understand territory needs and position Equip as a provider solution.
• Identify inactive providers and create re-engagement plans.
• Collaborate with Referral Coordinators to optimize referrals.
• Work with marketing, clinical operations and payor teams to enter new markets.
• Identify sponsorship opportunities and represent Equip at conferences.
