Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Health IT Analyst - Outpatient Pharmacy to support the IHS EHR modernization effort. This remote role collaborates with clinical, IT and pharmacy stakeholders to configure Cerner Millennium outpatient pharmacy modules and ensure compliant workflows across the revenue cycle.

The ideal candidate has advanced Cerner expertise, full life-cycle EHR experience, and strong project management skills to lead build, validation and training

Qualifications

• Advanced Cerner Millennium expertise in outpatient pharmacy workflows and billing responsibilities.
• Experience configuring Cerner Millenium outpatient pharmacy modules including revenue cycle tools.
• Proven ability to manage complex build tasks and cross-team collaboration in fast-paced implementations.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy billing workflows and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Serve as SME in outpatient pharmacy workflows within Cerner Millennium.
• Advise on best configuration practices aligned with vendor recommendations and IHS standards.
• Collaborate with clinical, business and pharmacy stakeholders to validate workflows and billing configurations.
• Evaluate impact of configuration decisions on maintenance, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with product management, CMIO and vendor teams to align on best practices for system build and data management.
• Support system updates and releases per IHS change control standards.
• Provide build options to meet IHS requirements for pharmacy products.
• Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
