Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Health IT Analyst - Outpatient Pharmacy to support the IHS EHR system. This is a remote opportunity with responsibilities spanning configuration, build, and optimization of Cerner Millennium outpatient pharmacy modules to ensure regulatory compliance and clinical safety.

The role requires advanced Cerner expertise, pharmacy domain knowledge, and collaboration with IHS stakeholders, CMIO, and vendor teams to deliver reliable,

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in Oracle Health Cerner Millennium, outpatient pharmacy solutions with emphasis on workflows and billing.
• Experience configuring Cerner Millenium outpatient pharmacy modules including revenue cycle tools.
• Proven ability to manage complex build tasks, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in outpatient pharmacy workflows within Cerner Millennium.
• Advise on best practices for configuration and build aligned with vendor recommendations and IHS standards.
• Collaborate with clinical, business, and pharmacy stakeholders to design and validate workflows and billing configurations.
• Evaluate configuration decisions for impact on maintenance, data integrity, interoperability, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with IHS users, Product Management, CMIO, and vendor teams to ensure alignment with best practices.
• Support updates and new releases with System Integrator and vendor partners.
