Job summary

This senior role oversees governance, readiness plans, go-live, and incident command with cross-functional teams across multiple sites.

The candidate will require 5+ years in federal health IT, Oracle Millennium EHR experience, strong PM skills, and ability to obtain a US public trust.

Qualifications

• Proven experience deploying Oracle Millennium EHR across multiple sites.
• Deep understanding of EHR systems, healthcare IT infra, and federal health IT initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile PM and deployment best practices.
• Strong leadership managing cross-functional deployment teams.
• Experience in large-scale IT/EHR deployments and governance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise-wide EHR implementation and deployment activities.
• Oversee governance, readiness planning, go-live, and on-site incident command.
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple sites and stakeholder groups.
• Develop deployment plans, test scripts, and cutover activities.
• Communicate complex IT concepts to clinical staff and leadership.
