Job summary

Kadiak LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a seasoned Endpoint & Device Systems Engineer to support IHS EHR modernization as part of the PMO Support Engineering team. This remote role requires ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and offers comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include configuring, deploying, and maintaining enterprise endpoint technologies, testing, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or related technical discipline; equivalent experience considered.
4–7 years in systems administration, endpoint engineering or related role.
Experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise endpoints.
Experience supporting enterprise deployments, testing, or readiness activities.
Experience developing SOPs, configuration guides, or test procedures.

Responsibilities

Configure, administer, and troubleshoot enterprise endpoint and device technologies for the IHS EHR modernization environment.
Support imaging, provisioning, configuration, registration, and lifecycle management of devices.
Develop and maintain device configuration baselines and documentation.
Validate configurations against requirements and standards.
Coordinate connectivity, VLANs, IP addressing, DNS, firewalls, and network segmentation.
Troubleshoot device, connectivity, and application issues using logs and test data.
Support device staging, readiness assessments, and acceptance activities.
Develop runbooks, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
