Job summary

Kadiak LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks an experienced Endpoint & Device Systems Engineer to support IHS EHR Health IT Modernization as part of the PMO Support Engineering team. The position is remote and requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining enterprise endpoint technologies, imaging and provisioning, documenting baselines, and coordinating connectivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, Health Informatics, or related technical discipline; equivalent education considered.
• Minimum 4–7 years of relevant experience in systems administration, endpoint engineering, device management, or related technical role.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise endpoints or managed devices.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology deployments, testing, or operational-readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise endpoint technologies supporting the IHS Health IT modernization environment.
• Support device imaging, provisioning, configuration, registration, application access, and lifecycle-management activities.
• Develop and maintain standardized device configuration baselines and technical documentation.
• Validate endpoint configurations against approved technical requirements, architecture, and enterprise standards.
• Coordinate device connectivity requirements including VLANs, IP addressing, DNS, network registration, firewall dependencies, and network segmentation.
• Troubleshoot device, connectivity, application-access, and configuration issues using logs, configuration data, and test evidence.
• Develop, review, and execute device and endpoint test procedures.
• Support integrated testing involving endpoints, infrastructure, applications, interfaces, and related technical services.
