Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is hiring a Health IT Analyst - Dental to support EHR builds for IHS in a remote role. The role focuses on configuring Dentrix and Cerner Millennium modules, optimizing workflows, and ensuring regulatory compliance across clinical and business domains.

Applicants should have full lifecycle Cerner EHR experience with dental solutions, strong collaboration skills, and mastery of revenue cycle processes.

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in Dentrix and Oracle Health Cerner Millennium.
• Experience configuring Dentrix and Cerner Millenium modules including revenue cycle tools.
• Proven ability to manage complex build tasks and cross‑team collaboration.
• Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems.
• Full life‑cycle Cerner EHR implementation with dental solution.
• Proficiency with Office 365 apps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in the Dentrix application, including build, design, and configuration of dental workflows integrated with Cerner Millennium.
• Provide advisement on best practices for configuration and build, ensuring alignment with vendor recommendations and IHS standards.
• Collaborate with clinical, business and dental stakeholders to design and validate dental workflows and billing configurations.
• Evaluate configuration decisions for impact on maintenance, data integrity, interoperability, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with IHS end users to support EHR functionality and usability decisions.
• Coordinate with Product Management, CMIO and EHR Vendor Teams to align with best practices for system build and data management.
• Support dental product updates and releases with System Integrators and vendors per DHITMO processes.
• Participate in governance/change control activities and provide impact assessments and workplans.
