Job summary

Vimo is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our elite teams. You will deliver top-quality customer service, manage accounts, and provide technical support from a home workspace. The role requires a dedicated, private setup and 3 weeks of paid training.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated with excellent communication skills, capable of learning new technology, and comfortable working from home. Full-time, seasonal with incentives and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Background check and drug test within 3 days
• Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
• Personal device with functioning camera for training
• Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
• Minimum Internet speed of 35 Mbps with ethernet
• Hard-wired ethernet connection required; mobile internet not supported

Responsibilities
