Job summary

Vimo is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our elite teams. As a remote role, you’ll help deliver an outstanding customer experience and assist consumers in finding and enrolling in health insurance.

This is a full-time, seasonal position with base pay of $17.00 per hour, plus incentives; Spanish bilingual at $19.00 per hour with incentives.

Requirements: 18+, background check, private workspace, wired internet, and a 3-week paid training.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Background check and drug test within 3 days.
• Dedicated, private, and secure workspace.
• Personal device with functioning camera for Training Period.
• Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period.
• Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet.
• Wired broadband connection required (Cable/Fiber).
• Not compatible with Mobile Internet Service Providers or Satellite.
• Not compatible with Wi‑Fi internet access or adapters.

• Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required; eligibility to proceed through training and certifications depends on passing required exams
