Morley is hiring for a remote, full-time early-career customer service role focused on health insurance inquiries. You will handle benefits, eligibility and payments via phone and email, navigating multiple systems while staying courteous and calm.

Training is provided and a leadership development program is available, with a strong team environment and benefits. The role starts at $14 per hour, with a stable schedule and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication required.
• Ability to review information and reach logical conclusions.
• Typing speed 30+ wpm and basic computer skills expected.
• Availability within operating hours across multiple time zones; weekends possible (Oct–Mar).

Responsibilities

• Research and handle questions about benefits, eligibility and payments.
• Provide accurate information to customers, managers and clients.
• Route or escalate inquiries when needed; document interactions clearly.
• Respond via inbound/outbound calls, chats and emails with a positive attitude.
• Explain policies, procedures and benefit details.
• Document each interaction clearly in the tracking system.
• Offer timely solutions through inbound/outbound conversations with a positive attitude.
