Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing remote sales team. This developmental role offers hands-on training, exposure to underwriting, and mentorship to build a long-term career in insurance sales.

You will work with experienced colleagues, learn to review RFPs, engage brokers, and support the sales cycle from prospecting to closure while advancing into a full Sales Representative position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Risk Management, Communications, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and learn quickly.

Responsabilités

• Partner with experienced sales representatives to learn the Employer Health Solutions business and develop consultative sales skills.
• Review and process Requests for Proposal (RFPs), analyze opportunities, and communicate with brokers regarding underwriting considerations.
• Support the sales team with prospect and broker outreach, meeting coordination, follow-up activities, and account management tasks.
• Participate in meetings with insurance brokers, agencies, business owners, and prospective clients to gain exposure to the sales process.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through structured training and on-the-job experience.
• Develop an understanding of underwriting guidelines, healthcare insurance products, and market dynamics.
• Attend industry conferences, broker events, and training programs to expand industry knowledge and relationships.
• Maintain accurate activity records and assist with sales reporting, CRM updates, and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with underwriting and internal business partners to support new business opportunities.
• Progress through a structured training program designed to prepare you for advancement into a full Sales Representative role.
