Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join a developing team in a fully remote capacity within the continental United States. This developmental role offers hands‑on training, mentorship, and exposure to underwriting and broker relationships to build a long‑term career in insurance sales.

You will work with seasoned professionals, manage multiple prospects, and participate in a structured training program designed to prepare you for advancement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Partner with experienced sales reps to learn the Employer Health Solutions business.
• Review RFPs, analyze opportunities, and communicate underwriting considerations to brokers.
• Support the sales team with prospect outreach, meeting coordination, and CRM updates.
• Attend industry events to expand relationships and knowledge.
