Lumelight, LLC is seeking an Account Manager-Claims Reporting to be the primary contact for clients using our health insurance analytics platform. The role focuses on timely, accurate support for inquiries while adhering to HIPAA and data security practices.

Remote position across approved Lumelight states; highlights include customer workflow support, data delivery, and leading testing and rollout activities with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of administrative or client management experience.
• Experience with healthcare benefits knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with PHI handling and HIPAA compliance is desirable.
• Strong data handling and Microsoft Excel data validation capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve customer inquiries about Lumelight analytics platform.
• Support questions related to stop loss tracking, plan financial tracking and projection, and chronic condition reporting.
• Pull and securely deliver Lumelight data for customer workflows.
• Lead software testing during releases and manage customer groups additions.
