Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry level ROI processor to handle medical record requests from patients, providers, and attorneys. You will work remotely, ensure privacy, and process records accurately while delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities include receiving requests, maintaining confidentiality, and using company software across multiple platforms. Prior experience in healthcare data entry and customer service is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfortable with general office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process ROI requests in accordance with company and facility policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
• Maintain working knowledge of company and facility software.
• Adhere to the company and customer facility Code of Conduct and policies.
• Inform manager of work, site difficulties, and/or fluctuating volumes.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy.
• Respond to requests for patient records and transmit appropriately.
