Datavant is seeking an entry-level ROI (Release of Information) associate to process medical record requests with accuracy and privacy in mind. The role is remote, full-time, and emphasizes customer service, data entry, and adherence to HIPAA regulations.

You will handle patient record requests, ensure proper authorization and confidentiality, and document information across multiple platforms. Prior experience in customer service and data entry is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience.

Responsabilités

• Receive and process patient health information requests in accordance with privacy policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all privileged information.
• Operate facility software and document information accurately across platforms.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and support walk-in patients when needed.
• Meet productivity expectations and assist with additional duties as required.
