Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry-level ROI associate to process medical record requests and ensure HIPAA-compliant releases. This remote role offers full benefits and training, with equipment provided by the company.

You will handle calls from patients, insurers, and attorneys, and document status across platforms while maintaining patient privacy and data accuracy. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm EST, with options for overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Professional verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Document information in multiple platforms using two monitors.
• Respond to patient record requests from internal and external sources.
