Qualifications

• Strong data entry skills and ability to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Maintain working knowledge of facility software and systems.
• Adhere to HIPAA and privacy regulations in all tasks.
• Respond to requests from internal and external sources accurately and timely.
• Assist with administrative duties such as data entry and handling communications.
