Datavant is seeking an entry-level Associate to process all releases of information (ROI), handling medical record requests with accuracy and privacy in mind. This role focuses on timely delivery and exceptional customer service while safeguarding patient data under HIPAA and company policy.

Key duties include taking calls from patients, insurers and attorneys, documenting data in multiple platforms, and using MS Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong data entry and typing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
• Respond to requests for patient records from inside and outside sources.
• Document updates across multiple platforms with attention to accuracy.
• Assist with administrative duties as needed.
