Job summary

GSK is recruiting a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access. This field-based role covers multiple states and partners with health systems to optimize HIT resources within clinical workflows and EHR environments.

You will translate data insights into opportunities to improve patient identification, care coordination, and operational efficiency while ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles within healthcare settings.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and GSK teams to align HIT resources with needs.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities.
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled, digital, patient identification and measurement resources.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal partners.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access, coordinating customer support and scalable tools.
